What Books Should Have Been Named

This library is eye-catching isn’t it?
I decided to rename a few classics, because it just seems like some of the titles out there aren’t that truthful. So here goes. 🙂

1. The Book Thief

Instead of The Book Thief

2. The Three Musketeers

I mean, it was four musketeers in the end, right?

3. The Count of Monte Cristo

Cause I felt like Edmund Dantes did alot more than was necessary.

4. Little Women

And if you are wondering, I’d be Meg.

5. Gone With the Wind

This is what my dad calls Gone With the Wind.

6. Little House on the Prairie

It did seem that way.

7. The Hobbit

Even a plan A would have been helpful here.

8. Captain Blood

He was a doctor.

9. The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes

Too true.

10. A Tale of Two Cities

11. The Last of the Mohicans

Hint: all three die.

12. Treasure Island

Without the uncle.

13. Great Expectations

Actually, I’ve never read this book, but friends tell me that it’s not all it’s made out to be.

14. Pride and Prejudice

Or so it seemed.

15. Around the World in 80 Days

And living with his mistakes.

16. Jane Eyre

On your soon to be boss.

17. A Tale of Despereaux

And that queen…..

18. A Christmas Carol
